On 08 Odyssey LX they are Mitsuba 7003 41 7x02 (blue) and 7002 52 7y17 (purple, same as its left Ignition relay). Honda has recall on 07 for Mitsuba fuel pump relay. To test these relays, swap them and then try to start the vehicle, or blow the horn.
